Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at maggiesheen1204@gmail.com within the 14-day withdrawal period. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returned items must be:

Unused and undamaged
In their original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
