Welcome to Cashmere Art. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About Our Products All products sold by Cashmere Art — including botanical specimen artworks, lacquerware decorative pieces, and handcrafted ceramics — are original, handmade artworks. Each piece is unique and may exhibit slight variations in color, texture, and finish. These natural variations are inherent to the handcrafted nature of our work and are not considered defects.
2. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.
3. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Cashmere Art and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Custom & Personalized Orders For custom commissions or personalized pieces, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
5. Order Cancellations As our products are handcrafted and prepared to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
6. Shipping We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Processing time is 5–7 business days due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns & Refunds We want you to love your purchase. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
8. Limitation of Liability Cashmere Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
9. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
